Fueled by caviar — I’m the OG of RGE — I illuminate every room I enter, often 5 minutes late. I adore clowns of all shapes & sizes. And I’m raising a healthy little quarterback.
Lives in French shirts. Gently obsessed with a clean car. Master of operations. Plays general contractor with a talent for making the impossible come together without a hitch.
My heart is black & gold. I don’t do AM or caffeine. Trekked the Himalayas in my spare time. Old school hip-hop centers me. My creative vision is acute, disruptive & on point.
Resident numbers guy. Dedicates a room to his Air Jordan collection (insists he doesn’t have a problem). Retired DJ, still dreams of rocking the crowd. Dealt art and railroads in a previous life, poised to be the Warren Buffett of the Event World.
Executive Chef and captain of the kitchen team. Early riser and first to "taste test" in the kitchen (patty melts at 8am, anyone?) Marathon runner. Spreadsheet lover. Forever perfecting baby food recipes for Delany.
Started catering in '99 as just another summer job (spoiler alert- it wasn't). Risk taking foodie...the spicier the better! Expert problem solver. Works best under pressure. Chooses chick flicks over action movies...
15 years in the food biz, now director of all things sales. Loves to speed but has a soft spot for handsome policemen (her husband). Raising 2 mini Chicagoans with a loving and realistic parenting style. Big fan of tequila and dancing - not necessarily in that order.
Living in the West Loop. Loves all fried things, dessert and craft beer. Stays active on the hockey rink or soccer field. If missing, check Lone Wolf.
